We are seeking an experienced Contractor Site Supervisor to join our team at the Boston ARTCC (ZBW) in Nashua, NH. As a key member of our SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of contract training and training support services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall delivery of contract training and training support services
- Effective communication with FAA and contract personnel
- Execution of the CTS contract
- Performance and financial management of human and budgetary resources
- Assisting with the development of training plans
- Development and maintenance of training material
- Conducting training and supporting training administration
- Adhering to the highest quality standards throughout the operation
- Minimum of five (5) years recent Certified Professional Controller (CPC) experience controlling live traffic or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Desired skills include ATC "Area Knowledge" and experience at the Boston ARTCC (ZBW), curriculum development experience, and a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or managerial experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification required
