POSITION SUMMARY

The Kitchen Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at The Medallion Club. This includes washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as cleaning and organizing kitchen workstations.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the flow of dishes and utensils used in food preparation and plating
* Wash and sanitize all food service items, including pots, pans, and servingware
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping and mopping floors
* Assist other kitchen staff with cleaning and organization tasks as needed

Requirements:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
* Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Reliable and hard-working individual with excellent communication skills
