Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Assistant. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our preschool classrooms and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities for children
  • Support the daily care and supervision of children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing
  • Help maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including cleaning and sanitizing toys and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in early childhood education

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED
  • Pass required state and company background checks
  • Demonstrated experience working with children or excellent customer service experience
