PrideStaff is actively looking for a Raymond Reach Forklift Operator to join our team in a distribution environment. Below are the essential qualifications and responsibilities for this role.

  • Compensation: $17-18 per hour
  • Work Schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Sunday through Wednesday (4-day work week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and effectively operate a Raymond Reach Forklift.
  • Efficiently load and unload goods using the appropriate equipment.
  • Pick orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Transport products to designated storage areas using the correct machinery.
  • Verify the accuracy and condition of freight.
  • Conduct operations in compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Report any safety issues or equipment malfunctions.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts as required.
  • Engage in labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include tasks outside of regular responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months recent experience operating a Raymond Reach Forklift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Possession of OSHA Forklift Certification.
  • Capability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and pull throughout the work shift.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal background check prior to employment.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is crucial for this position.
