**Essential Responsibilities**

As a F&B Bartender at the Arizona Snowbowl, you will be responsible for ensuring that liquor laws and rules are strictly adhered to. This includes providing current ABC Liquor Class completion and maintaining effective communication within the department, with other departments, and with guests in a professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure correct exchange of currency for product received

* Responsible for correct deposits, banks, and dailies

* Comply with over/short policies as prescribed by the Arizona Snowbowl

* Report to work in proper attire, Fit for Duty, as listed in the Food and Beverage Handbook at the scheduled time

* Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work area for employees and guests

* Carry out all policies and procedures as prescribed in the Arizona Snowbowl Employee Handbook

* Present friendly customer service at all times

**Additional Responsibilities:**

* Ensure proper music is being played at all times

* Carry out all duties assigned by the Arizona Snowbowl and Food and Beverage Department

* Ability to shovel snow

* Act as Mountain Host answering questions, directing traffic, etc.
