Job Summary

Fetch Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Emergency Veterinarian to join our team in Brandon, Florida. As a key member of our emergency services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading our talented team, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the chief champion of client service, ensuring an optimal client experience in the ER
Liaise between the ES and other hospital services, facilitating seamless interactions for patient care
Review and address referral partner complaints, ensuring optimal support and experience
Coordinate and generate the ES schedule to ensure appropriate coverage
Approve and review PTO requests for ES doctors, making schedule changes as needed
Oversee the level of medical care provided by emergency clinicians, addressing issues with support from administrators
Assist in or lead the interview process for new doctors, participating in their onboarding and training
Participate in the training of emergency trainees, providing mentoring and support for their growth

Requirements

Active Florida Veterinary license in good standing
Veterinary Degree from an accredited college or university
Strong and professional work ethic
