Job Description

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our primary care setting. Your duties will include assisting providers with patient exams, conducting point-of-care testing, and performing medical scribing and phone triage services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, along with successful completion of an accredited medical assisting program. Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred, but not required. You must also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
