Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Behavioral Perspective Inc. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing intensive therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism.

About the Role

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for creating effective therapy programs, supervising a team of Behavior Technicians, collaborating with specialty providers, and monitoring caseloads. You will work closely with families to provide training on client-specific goals and coordinate care with schools and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a team of Behavior Technicians by supervising clinical duties and providing feedback on the implementation of therapy procedures
  • Promote professional relationships between staff and parents
  • Provide training to families on client-specific goals
  • Coordinate care with schools and other professionals
  • Create and maintain current client programming, data analysis, assessments, and programmatic changes
  • Assist in the development of creative and effective parent-training programs
  • Conduct initial assessments for new clients
  • Complete and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Manage a caseload of clients receiving behavior analytic services
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • One or more years of experience working as a BCBA (preferred)
  • One or more years working in the field of ABA
