Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled line cook to join our kitchen team. As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to order, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must have a strong understanding of food handling and safety, as well as knowledge of equipment hazards present in kitchens.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have at least one year of experience working as a line cook, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills. You must also be able to shift flexibility to occasionally work overtime and cover vacations, absences, and special events.
