Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing both critical and non-critical respiratory care services to patients across all age groups. Utilizing advanced invasive and non-invasive techniques, the therapist will primarily operate in critical care settings. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing shift operations, including staff assignments and addressing staffing challenges.
  • Responding to personnel matters effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited two or four-year Respiratory Therapy program with RRT credentials.
  • Proven expertise in addressing the developmental needs of various patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients.
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Ohio.
  • BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional years of experience in a similar role are advantageous.
