Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our Food Services team on a full-time basis.

Comprehensive Benefits Package

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent / Relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements. Experience Required: Less than 1 year in Cooking and Food Service.

(Eligible for up to $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for qualified candidates)

Responsibilities:

The Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot meals for patient traylines, café services, and special events. This includes, but is not limited to, the preparation of main dishes, side vegetables, starches, and baked goods. A valid Food Handlers license is required as per local health regulations. Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.

Qualifications:
