Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in the patient care team, responsible for delivering both direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process across all unit areas. The Emergency Center provides comprehensive emergency services, including a dedicated Chest Pain Center.

The RN will be tasked with:

  • Conducting patient assessments upon admission and throughout their stay.
  • Administering IV medications, therapies, and blood as necessary.
  • Providing patient education and support.
  • Documenting nursing care actions, observations, and patient responses accurately.
Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • A minimum of 1 year of previous nursing experience.
  • At least 1 year of critical care nursing experience.
