Property Restoration Specialist

BluSky Restoration is seeking a committed full-time Restoration Specialist to become a vital member of our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in addressing property damage incidents in both residential and commercial settings. Your responsibilities will encompass tasks such as water damage remediation, fire and smoke restoration, site management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Conduct water extraction and mitigation
  • Perform fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
  • Oversee field management and supervision
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in restoration or maintenance

BluSky provides a competitive compensation package, featuring a base pay range of $15 to $25 per hour, alongside benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a matching 401(k) plan.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel may be necessary for training or meetings.
