With a focus on providing exceptional care to patients recovering from surgery, stable cardiac conditions, respiratory illnesses, or those transitioning from the ICU, our team works together to ensure a smooth recovery and prevent complications. Our academic model and teaching orientation support learning at all levels, creating a collaborative environment between nursing, physicians, and other therapies.

You will have the opportunity to participate in our Nursing Clinical Ladder Program, recognizing nurses who demonstrate contributions to patients, profession, and society above and beyond job requirements. With a strong emphasis on teamwork and support for your growth, we are committed to helping you achieve your career goals.

The position requires 3 shifts per week from 7pm-7:30am, with weekends and holidays included on a rotating basis. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.

We offer a competitive salary of $93,400 per year, based on national averages for registered nurses in Phoenix, Arizona. This figure takes into account the estimated cost of living in the area and the level of experience required for the position.

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including health and financial security options, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment. We are dedicated to being a great place to work, offering market-competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a variety of work options to attract and retain talented teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, temporary/interim RN license, or compact RN licensure. Experience in the clinical area is desired, and you must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which you work.
