Outpatient Registered Nurse

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Dialysis team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, for assigned patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor Patient Care Technicians, LPNs/LVNs, and RNs as a Team Leader or designated Nurse in Charge.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse (preferred).
- Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience (preferred).
