Criminal Justice Programs Director

The University of Kentucky seeks a visionary leader to provide strategic oversight and guidance for its Criminal Justice faculty and programs. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Academic and Student Affairs, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of academic programs, ensuring alignment with the university's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and oversight for the Criminal Justice faculty and programs
- Develop and implement academic programs that meet the needs of students and the community
- Collaborate with the Associate Dean to ensure alignment with university goals and objectives
- Recruit, retain, and develop faculty and staff to support program growth and success
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in higher education leadership, program development, and faculty management. A terminal degree in a related field is required, and experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
