We are seeking a Residential Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufactured housing communities in Richland, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the community is well-managed and well-maintained, while maintaining acceptable occupancy levels and developing a supportive environment for residents.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years' experience managing manufactured housing or multifamily communities of 100+ units, with knowledge of leasing, rent collections, and resident relations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members are essential. Proficiency with software such as ManageAmerica, Excel, Word, Outlook, and financial and accounting software is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 annually, free housing and utilities, medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, four weeks PTO, health savings account, referral program, and awesome company culture.
