Position Summary:

The role of the Warehouse Specialist within the Roofing Target Market is crucial for ensuring the efficient and precise handling of product shipments and receipts. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy for both incoming and outgoing transactions and coordinating all dispatches from the facility. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager and the Supply Chain Manager, Roofing, this role is integral to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all incoming materials.
  • Verify that materials correspond with their respective numbers, batches, and quantities.
  • Ensure the expiration dates of materials are checked and compliant.
  • Review all shipments meticulously, particularly those containing mixed orders.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy for high-demand materials.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
