Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensure or registration as a physical therapist in the state of Washington
  • Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification
  • A valid Washington state driver's license
  • Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
