Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym
  • Provide assistance to members with inquiries about gym operations and policies
  • Perform various administrative duties, including cash processing and data entry
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our gym's operations, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and members
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures
  • Computer skills and ability to learn new software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
