Diversified Maintenance is seeking a skilled General Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients. Your duties will include dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas, cleaning restrooms, and restocking supplies. You will also be responsible for ensuring all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area. Additionally, you will perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent cleaning skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and clients
* Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces
* Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
* Clean restrooms and restock supplies
* Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements:**

* 1+ year of experience in cleaning and maintenance
* Excellent cleaning skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
* High school diploma or equivalent
