We are seeking a Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist to join our Journey & Touchpoint Analytics Team at The Timberline Group Company.

About The Role

In this full-time position, you will work closely with our team to design, create, and deliver project team and management-level reports and visualizations, perform analysis to transform data into actionable insights, and present findings to project team stakeholders and leaders.

You will also develop and deliver measurement plans and supporting deliverables to enable teams to measure performance of projects, channels, and campaigns.

As a key member of our team, you will consult on data and tagging requirements and best practices to ensure alignment and consistency with marketing's measurement framework.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, channels, and best practices for measuring individual and omni-channel performance and principles of multi-touch attribution.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in finance, business, economics, data science, math, analytics, or marketing.

You should be proficient in querying data from databases such as Oracle SQL or Snowflake databases and experienced with BI visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

We are looking for a self-starter with interest and ability to quickly learn new analytics and MarTech platforms.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
