Job Summary

The Sales Associate II role is a critical component of our store's overall success and efficiency. As a Sales Associate II, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and upholding Coach's Service and Selling Models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service, building relationships and creating a positive first impression.
  • Understand organizational objectives and make decisions that align with Company priorities.
  • Take ownership of personal sales and clienteling strategies, working closely with the management team.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating our Selling and Service expectations at all times.
  • Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and support the execution of local sales strategies and tactics.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy selling floor, adhering to all applicable retail policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, maneuver the sales floor, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
