About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling and bagging groceries, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service
Requirements
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior
  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers
  • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
  • Follow all Front End procedures and work closely with other Team Members throughout the store
