Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista/Bartender to join our team at Capriccio Parkway LLC. As a key member of our café and bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including classic and innovative drinks, to meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving food and drinks with a smile.
  • Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience and increase sales.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, using a variety of ingredients and techniques to create unique and delicious drinks.
  • Plan and present our bar menu, ensuring that it is appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Verify customer identification and confirm that it meets the legal drinking age requirements.
  • Restock and replenish café and bar inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stay focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations, ensuring that our café and bar operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Serve-Safe Certified (preferred)
  • Proven working experience as a Barista and/or Bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the café and bar organized, stocked, and clean
  • Current RAMP Certification
