Optician

As an Optician at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting members with their eye care needs. This includes measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses, as well as completing eyewear and contact lens orders.

• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, and organizing product displays.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Sell optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses, and completing eyewear and contact lens orders.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in optical sales or customer service preferred.
