Job Description

This full-time or part-time position involves conducting vehicle diagnostics, performing routine repairs, and ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and company standards. You will be responsible for communicating with guests about vehicle issues and proposed solutions while consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify required repairs and communicate findings to guests.
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process, documenting and communicating additional needed services and repairs.
• Assist with inventory management, including pulling tires and parts, unloading, and stocking inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Monro's standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Perform services according to safety standards, including wheel torque, oil safety, and compliance procedures.
• Test drive vehicles using designated routes while adhering to local traffic laws.
• Understand and adhere to company policies, governmental standards, and ANSI/OSHA regulations.
• Maintain technical knowledge through completion of required training courses and modules.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain it according to manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive training or equivalent experience preferred.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable) desired.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report required.
• Ability to own basic tools or participate in Monro's tool purchase program.
