Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Kellanova's Cary plant. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Manage machine performance by setting up and changing over equipment for production and responding to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Ensure the safe execution of all maintenance activities, adhering to established safety, health, and quality procedures.
- Provide top-notch customer service by establishing rapport with business partners across the plant floor to solve problems with a strong sense of urgency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift (up to 50 pounds), and/or perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
- Experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
