Job Title: Bartender: Courtyard

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Fusion Hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Stock and maintain the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments.
• Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other bartenders and servers to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling and storage of chemicals and cleaning supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of responsible serving practices.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
