Incare Home Health Care is a boutique agency offering personalized care services in the five boroughs of New York. We are seeking professional caregivers to support our progressive team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate PCA/HHA to provide health care services in patients' residences. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various patient diagnoses and care needs, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide health care services in patients' residences
  • Perform domestic and household tasks
  • Transport and accompany patients to doctors' offices or hospital visits
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medications
  • Assist with clients' personal care activities
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report on their condition
  • Maintain patients' care records and document provided services
  • Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
  • Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
  • Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA)
  • Ability to monitor vital signs
  • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
  • Bilingual skills (English, Spanish, Creole, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus
  • Caring and compassionate personality
  • Valid HHA Certificate
  • Valid PCA Certificate
