Salary and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility as a Certified Nursing Professional will be to provide high-quality care to seniors in our partner communities. This will involve:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Making meaningful rounds to all residents, utilizing service plans
  • Ensuring that individual service plans are followed
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid LPN license
  • Ability to lift at least 51 lbs on a regular basis
  • Fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language
