Project Director

At Synectics, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Project Management to lead our geotechnical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and team leadership.

• Direct and manage geotechnical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review and complete client contract requirements, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
• Manage multiple project managers and field operations managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project costs, work progress, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to resolve issues, address changes, and ensure quality control.
• Negotiate contract terms and work with the company president to grow the business through innovative project management practices.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction management.
• Extensive experience in construction software and project management tools.
• Construction Management degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to manage financial aspects, including contract negotiations, invoicing, and billing.
