Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC service, repairs, and maintenance tasks. Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with Plumbing and Electric departments based on customer observations.
  • Build rapport with customers to recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Guide customers in selecting the best financing options and maintenance plans.
  • Understand service standards and strive to exceed revenue targets.
  • Present yourself as a knowledgeable professional to secure referrals and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to enhance overall business success.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized job site and vehicle.
  • Engage actively in training sessions, meetings, and team-building events.
  • Mentor apprentices to ensure efficient and accurate repairs and installations.
  • Ensure timely and precise completion of invoices, timecards, and feedback forms.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in residential HVAC required
  • Familiarity with local HVAC and building regulations
  • EPA Certification is mandatory
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call work schedule
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Commitment to attending all scheduled meetings
  • Continuous learning and training mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High integrity and strong interpersonal skills
  • A desire for personal and professional growth
