About the Role

Kettering Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our team in the Imaging Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of radiographic examinations using both fixed and portable equipment, including C-arms and surgery suites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic examinations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, including C-arms and portable units
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Valid Ohio License as a Radiographer
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of radiographic equipment and procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
