Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget completion
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues that arise during construction
  • Review and approve project drawings, schematics, and blueprints
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals

  • Work with Planning and Scheduling Manager to meet customer expectations
  • Manage project budgets to ensure profit margin
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • Strong management skills and experience in project scheduling and coordination
  • Proficient in the use of 3D software for design and drafting purposes
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the metal fabrication field and knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
