Job Title: Territory Manager

The Territory Manager will be responsible for promoting Sun's biologic product(s) and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts specializing in Psoriasis. The successful candidate will develop and apply territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives, coordinating with all field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Coordinate with field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products
  • Manage sales budgets within the territory
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device experience
  • Strong communication skills and clinical acumen
  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, and deliver results
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Psoriasis or other Immunologic Disease States
  • IV or Sub Q Biologic selling experience (includes Oncology)
  • Experience selling in a complex reimbursement and access environment
  • Dermatology selling experience
  • Biologic launch experience
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment
Personal Skills/Attributes:

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be adaptable to a dynamic environment, and build trust with their matrix team. They should be transparent, ethical, and compliant, with experience selling and presenting detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion.

General Responsibilities/Decision Making Authority:
  • Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Responsible for understanding and utilizing sales reports, CRM, and forecasts
  • Responsible for timely call reporting tasks
  • Responsible for managing sales budgets within the territory
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
Interactions with Others:

The Territory Manager will interact at multiple levels inside and outside the company, requiring tact, diplomacy, and a high level of professionalism.
