Elder Care Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide essential care to individuals in need. As an Elder Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Foster a positive environment through companionship and engaging activities.
- Observe and report on clients' health status, ensuring timely communication with healthcare professionals.
- Keep clients' living spaces clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience required.
- Non-smoker preferred for a healthy work environment.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not mandatory.
