Your Role: As a Luxury Real Estate Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through every step of the process, from discovering their perfect property to closing the deal. You'll work with a diverse range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, ensuring they make informed decisions in a fast-paced market. With access to cutting-edge tools, comprehensive training, and a supportive team environment, you'll have everything you need to excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with personalized service.
  • Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and local market trends.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and tours.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms.
  • Prepare and present detailed property listings with photos and pricing.
  • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
