Job SummaryAs an Associate Attorney at Rincon Law Group, P.C., you will work collaboratively with experienced attorneys on a variety of commercial law cases, including premises and products liability, commercial trucks, and commercial law claims and suits. Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing briefs and motions
- Taking depositions and interviewing witnesses
- Preparing witnesses for testimony and handling negotiations at mediations
- Second chairing jury trials and other legal proceedings
As an Associate Attorney, you will be involved in the investigation of occurrences giving rise to lawsuits and will work closely with clients and witnesses to prepare for case proceedings. You will also have the opportunity to work with highly skilled RLG legal staff and interesting clients and expert witnesses.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
