Job Summary

Furnitureland South is seeking a skilled Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for creating, building, and confirming trips through effective communication with customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with trip scheduling and provide support in pick-up and delivery of products.
• Monitor trips to ensure they are built to designated capacity and are delivered on time.
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and provide updates on trip status.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent with one to two years' experience in customer service, delivery, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
