- Deliver high-quality medical care under the guidance of the Chief Medical Officer.
- Provide outpatient services in a multicultural environment, ensuring effective communication and understanding with patients.
Position Objectives:
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, compassion, and integrity in patient interactions.
- Engage with patients to promote health and wellness in a supportive clinic atmosphere.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary structure with a maximum of $235,000.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
- Retirement plan with company matching and generous paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree with a valid Texas medical license.
- Strong foundational knowledge of medical principles and practices.
- Board eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine is required; board certification is preferred.
- Current DEA, DPS, and other necessary certifications for practice in Texas.
- Completion of CPR training (level C) is mandatory.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Professional Development:
- Maintain board certification and complete all required continuing medical education (CME) as mandated by the Texas Medical Board and specialty board.
