Job Overview
The Customer Service Team Leader will engage directly with clients to provide information in response to inquiries regarding properties. They will address concerns with suitable solutions in a professional manner. This role involves managing a team and serving as the primary responder to escalated issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a team of 4 or more
2. Communicate with customers via email and phone
3. Handle calls related to leasing, maintenance, and customer service
4. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
5. Listen attentively to customer queries and resolve them. If a solution is not readily available, escalate to appropriate leadership
6. Manage customer accounts and update their status
7. Prepare necessary documents, letters, or statements as required by the customer
8. Collaborate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve issues
9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the resolution provided
10. Monitor calls for quality assurance

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a sales environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in managing diverse personality types
- Proven professionalism
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Capable of accurately assessing situations
- Demonstrated leadership qualities

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is advantageous
- Basic mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's knowledge, experience, and skills.
