We're seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by repairing and maintaining their instruments to the highest standards.

• Provide expert repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments
• Maintain store-owned gear and equipment
• Complete warranty repair work
• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Guitar Center products and services

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
