The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) / Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is a versatile healthcare professional dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in collaboration with a team of healthcare providers.

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Restock clinical and examination areas as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay informed about Vaccines for Children processes.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Assist in data collection and audits as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- National certification as a CMA or RMA is mandatory.
- Preferred experience of at least one year as a CMA or RMA.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and self-motivational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Competence in caring for both pediatric and adult patients.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with medical equipment such as ECG, PFT, and lab centrifuge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Physical and Emotional Demands:
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate office equipment.
- Exposure to potentially challenging patient interactions.
