Job Title: Restoration Technician

About the Role:

As a Restoration Technician with Aerotek, you will play a vital role in helping our clients recover from natural disasters. Your expertise in demo and cleanup work will be essential in restoring vacant homes to their former glory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to identify areas requiring restoration
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restoration, demo, or cleanup work
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
