Sales Manager Job Summary

The Sales Manager is a key leadership role at Core Group Resources Careers, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This position involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and overseeing day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and optimize performance.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient sales processes.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members to ensure a high level of competency and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
