We're looking for dedicated team members to join our culture of excellence. As an Outside Services Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth golf operations, providing top-tier service, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Job Description
As an Outside Services Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining our fleet of golf carts according to our policies
- Printing, viewing, and keeping the starter's time sheets
- Informing golfers of the day's course rules and conditions
- Assisting with weekly cart fueling, cleaning, and range basket retrieval
- Becoming proficient in the operation of the To The Green GPS golf cart system
You'll work closely with all facility staff to provide excellent service and address guest concerns. A safe and welcoming environment is crucial for our guests, and you'll be expected to maintain this atmosphere while handling unexpected challenges.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A positive attitude and enjoy interacting with others
- The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand or sit for extended periods
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- An openness to sharing a vision for success and creating memorable experiences
Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.75 and select golf and driving range benefits. This part-time role requires approximately 18-21 hours per week across three days, with potential adjustments based on daylight hours.
Anticipated Start Date
This position begins in March (weather dependent) and offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team at Deerfield Park District.
