As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs. Your responsibilities will include administering individualized treatments and medications, developing care plans, setting up medical equipment, and more.
Requirements- Nursing Degree: Graduation from an approved nursing program.
- Post-Acute Care Experience: At least 4 months of post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience.
- Covid-19 Vaccination: Clinicians must be vaccinated against Covid-19.
