About the Role

Community Health Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Pulmonary Critical Care team at Community Hospital North and Community Heart and Vascular Hospital. This is a full-time opportunity with day shift hours, providing inpatient critical care and rounding services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Care for critically ill patients in the ICU and those with pulmonary disorders, as well as some internal medicine cases.
  • Opportunity to learn and grow as a provider, with new graduates welcome to apply.
  • Competitive compensation package includes electronic medical record system (EPIC) training.

Licensure & Certifications

  • Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
  • Critical care experience preferred but willing to train if qualified and motivated.
