About the Role

Fallbrook Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize rooms, common areas, and equipment to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Perform tasks such as laundry, linen changes, and make-ready duties to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Director of Operations.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of our facility.
Requirements
  • Must be familiar with standard cleaning processes and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently with or without supervision and handle a high-volume workload.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
